This project is a one-year project funded by National Endowment for Democracy (February
2018 – January 2019) and which aims to promote evidence-based policy analysis and debate at the local level. The organization will administer a household survey of 1,000 citizens, convene three focus groups, and produce a report on citizen perceptions of government performance and public service delivery. The organization will also engage a group of local policy researchers in policy brief writing, produce four policy briefs, and organize a one-day policy roundtable for 25 local stakeholders in Gafsa.
